Fast, friendly service everytime I take a vehicle in. Ive taken several different cars and trucks in and Brian always takes care of them quickly, and more importantly, correct the first time. They've replaced steering components, suspension parts, and tires on multiple rigs for me. I highly recommend this shop.

After 12 of the competitor truck stops failed to meet my needs I called Superior Tire. The salesman Jeremy insured me that they could provide me with the quality of service needed. They opened at 7:30, I rolled up to the service bay at 0720 and by 0740 they had 4 men pulling my steers off. At 0810 they had new Michelin rubber mounted, balanced and installed back on the truck. Without any hesitation at 0814 Jeremy had my National account paperwork done, signed and ready to roll. Top notch premium service at its best. Highly recommended to all vehicle owners big or small to give Superior Tire a call.

Professional and friendly service! The team here is awesome and you’re not waiting forever to get service done like at Les Schwab. Also, the only local place that was able to do alignment on my lowered car (alignment for lowered cars will vary, mine was dropped only an inch - see photo for reference. If your car is almost scraping the ground you’ll want to go to their Portland location).

I was told to do a walk-in and there’s No appointment necessary. I was relieved that when I arrived, I was the only one there, but it took them over an hour to remove the winter and remount my stock tires. It took them less than 30 minutes the first time I had the same service done.

I initially purchased some tires online from Goodyear and Superior Tire Service, in Salem, was one of the closest locations where I could have the tires mounted, so I setup an appointment to get a set of 4 tires put on my vehicle. There had been a glitch on the website when I ordered my tires and I did not notice the wrong tires were on the order, until they pulled my vehicle out of the service bay and I noticed they were the wrong tires. I had ordered tires with raised white lettering on the sidewalls and these were blackwalls with black letters. I went inside and let Edna know those were the wrong tires. So, I went home and contacted Goodyear and explained what happened and they were going to have me go back to Superior Tire Service and replace the black letter tires with white letter tires. However, that would result in another appointment and spending another four hours of another day, so I opted to take advantage of the Goodyear price match guarantee; and Edna was helpful in getting the documentation over to Goodyear that they needed. During the service, the tire tech discovered I had a front brake caliper that was hanging up and let me know about that situation, accompanied
